MAY 2024
5/6: Unity Walkers - Mondays at 9:30am beginning May 6th. Meet at Alamo Creek Park corner of Buck Ave. and Alamo Dr. (at bench by Buck Ave. entrance near playground)
We will begin with 15 minutes of stretching to encourage blood and oxygen flow to clear “brain fog”. You can walk alone or with others at your own pace. It is encouraged to have a laugh and have fun while being good to yourself. All are welcome - See you there!!
5/7: Prosperity Class - A 4-week class beginning Tuesday, May 7th, 4-6pm. In person or online depending on majority preference - Sign up in Great Hall or contact the office
5/25: Mindfulness Meditation Basics - A 4-week class beginning Saturday, May 25th, 10am-11am on Zoom - Facilitated by Rev Dalia Adams

6/28-6/30: "Here in Heaven" 2024 Women's Retreat - Friday, June 28 thru Sunday, June 30 - Facilitated by Rev Dalia Adams. Where: Villa Maria del Mar, Santa Cruz, CA. Sign up in the Great Hall or contact the office by phone or email.
6/21: Life Line Screening - Friday, June 21st in Unity Hall. Life Line screening goes beyond regular checkups to provide a more thorough look at your health. To register and to receive a special discount, call 1-800-640-6307. Reservations are required.

7/13: From Forgiveness to Freedom - A one-day, informative, experiential, reflective, interactive workshop on Saturday, July 13th, 10am-4pm - Facilitated by Rev Dalia Adams

8/11 & 8/24: Valley Book Club - Saturday, August 11th and Saturday, August 24th, 10:30am-12:00pm on Zoom. The book for this session is Medgar & Myrlie by Joy-Ann Reid - Facilitated by Rev Dalia Adams

9/15-10/26: Fall Reflections - With Sunday talks and small group meetings, this 7-week program affords a wonderful opportunity for spiritual growth and to recommit to your spiritual community. More information will be coming soon. If you would be interested in hosting a small group in your home or at the church please contact the office
